We went cross-country skiing three times so far this week out at Farragut State park.
The first outing was glorious and sunny, and we had such a great time. I opted to hike along with Algy. Next time out, I tried on the skis for the first time in a long time - at least three years! I think we'll be doing this a lot for the remainder of the skiing season.
When life sends you ice and snow, just go skiing.
Beautiful, beautiful scenery and your headband is the cutest! I love that yellow flower because it really pops with all the white snow.

Ohhhh, those photos are so beautiful at the State Park! The tall green conifers layered in white against a sunny sky are so magnificent ! Looks like a lot of fun too. This Florida girl has never tried skiing but the cross country type seems like even "old girls" could get the hang of it pretty well! LOL! That Algy has been giving us all such wonderful "trips" lately here on your blog. Thanks!

Modesty (I know this is not the theme of your blog - but I see it shining thru) - well it's God's way and it can be done! Thanks for your example.
