It's been a rather long week, the last part of which I seem to have spent flat on my back in the throes of a horrid cold.  I think I'll have seen the last of it in the next day or two, but there's a bit of catching up to do.  Mostly on shoveling snow and drying out wood.  Bleh.

In other news, the Anniversary week is going great!  I was so, so incredibly blessed by all of the comments left on my Wall Tent movie post.  I read and enjoyed each and every one while I was sick, and will reply to you all as soon as I have my brain in proper order again.  Which will be when, exactly?  Never mind.  Just soon:) ♥

2nd Anniversary Sale and a Celebration!

It's two years today. Two years since I opened my Etsy doors and hung out the Kellie Falconer Design shingle.

We've come so very far since then - the Wall Tent Studio was born, I attended my first (and second!) craft shows, Algy joined the family, I've nearly reached 150 sales.  Over 110,000 people have crossed paths with me and my work here on the blog.  I'm overwhelmed.  I'm blessed.  And you all are the best.

Being able to pursue this dream, in spite of the long and often incredibly bumpy road, has been one of the most exciting, fulfilling, and rewarding experiences of my life.

And to celebrate, we're going to ave a week long party here at the blog, with new product releases, beautiful giveaways, and a few big surprises!

I cobbled this outfit together from elements out of both of our wardrobes, and the effect worked quite well!

My baby sister turned seven today, and I miss her so very much while she and all the others are away in California.

I'm absolutely loving this new crocheted collar tee design - I wear one of mine at least twice a week or more.  It combines the wearability of a simple tee with the whimsy of applique and the romance of a lace blouse.

This kelly green number, paired with my classic tiered skirt design and a light brown belt, makes me think of a fresh apple tart with a dash of nutmeg and cream on a graniteware plate.

Which is a rather dangerous train of thought, seeing as there is no apple tart near by to stay my craving.

Something really ought to be done about that.  Perhaps tomorrow.
