Treasury | The Gentle Touch of Spring

To celebrate the first day of March and the coming of glorious Spring - a palette of mist and rose, young green and silverwhite.  Now I'm wild for the feel of fresh dew on the soft grass under my feet as I twirl in my floral circle skirt!

  5. Oh that collection of early Spring photos are just the best! And the half circle skirt in those pastels is just screaming to usher in sunny days! Beautiful! I have your same pattern in the brown linen and it is, hands down, the most comfortable and fun skirt to wear! Do Pussy Willows grow in Idaho? They don't grow here in Florida but they just remind me of spring and Easter! I am imagining wearing your great spring skirt to a friend's house for lunch with a bouquet of daffodils and Pussy Willows as a gift.

    1. Pussy Willows do indeed grow in Idaho, and they're one of my favorite parts of Spring. So adorable and.. adorable! :) Love them.

  8. I thought "That looks like Kellie's shoes," before I realised that yes, they are! :D
Pussy willows... now there's an English term I didn't know. We call them "kočičky" in Czech - "kitties".

    1. That's fun:) I've heard pussy willows called 'Willow Catkins', 'Catkin Buds', and 'Pussy Blooms' - by acquaintances and in books - it's neat to know their Czech name!
