I took these photos back in February, but for some reason I never did post them... that is, till now. I had a major blast with Ellen shooting this one - it was an impromptu moment when I looked in the mirror and saw the perfect modern Princess Leia inspired ensemble. I think it was the hairstyle that did it.
So of course we had to tromp outside to the cedar wood and take some pictures!
The rest is history... and I can't believe I actually posted this. I astonish myself.
So if you are having a similar reaction, I extend my most humble apologies.
In other news, stay tuned for the grand release of my latest project - I can't wait to show you!
Have a wonderful weekend, everyone! =)
Love this photo shoot with Tasha's adorable wool bow belt and that Princess Leia look! And the hint of spring in the blooming Pussy Willow bush!! I love the new header for spring! Bright, colorful and very chic. And, I am really excited about your new project!! With a hint of such at the bottom hiding behind the daffodils---You have my undivided attention! Yep, I do believe spring has sprung at the Wall Tent Studio!!
ReplyDeleteOh, lovely. You do the nicest photo-shoots! Glad you went ahead and posted it. :-)
ReplyDeleteThe photos are beautiful! The editing is perfect. :)
ReplyDeleteAh may the 4th, not only a day to celebrate Star Wars, but it just happens to be the legendary style icon, Audrey Hepburn's birthday! She would have been 83... Gosh, i wish i could have met her :(
ReplyDeleteOh, thanks so much for commenting, Henry! I am so glad you reminded me of that very special birthday yesterday. I remember reading about it, but it completely slipped my mind. Happy Birthday Audrey! I would loved to have met her, also.
ReplyDeleteThanks everybody! ;)

Yes, May 4th is also Audrey Hepburn's birthday!! I discovered that fact quite by accident while working on my own brainstorm. (you know, the Audrey one I told you about...) I would have loved to meet her, too.
Have a wonderful day, and may the fourth be with you...always. ;D

Your outfit is adorable! I never would have connected it with Princess Leia until I read what you said about the hair, haha. It does look very similar to the way she wore her hair! But it's so cute, and I love your long hair!

I knew your get-up reminded me of something, but I couldn't put my finger on it until you mentioned Princess Leia. *Bing!* Duh. Of course--the Endor look. (I was thinking some kind of Woodsprite/Dryad with a gun--silly Tom!)
ReplyDeleteAs always, your hair is marvelous, Dahling, and Ellen snapped some great pix. You are so blessed to have a willing photographer at hand!
