I finally found time to get a post up to enter in the Fall Fashion Challenge over at Ashley's blog, Bramblewood Fashion! But not much, so I've got to hurry. =)
First, can I just say that I wish I were as adorable as this kitty?
I am not a cat person.
Animal person, yes - horses, dogs, raccoon, and cats, too, I suppose... at a distance. They get hair all over me. And yet I like horse hair all over... anyways...
And animals on the bed make me rather faint with horror, frankly.
So what is this small golden feline doing on my bed?
Chillin'.
Remember, my door is nothing more than a tent flap, tied shut at night... and it's warm in there. What cat could resist? In she came, and was promptly ejected.
Again, and again, and again.
I just gave up. And now, pushover that I am, I rather like her warm, snuggly golden self curled up at the foot of the bed at all hours - do you do nothing but sleep, Mildred? I must say, you're pretty good at it.
And Tasha's afghan is pretty swell for curling up with!
{Day Three} of the Fall Fashion Challenge.
Today's challenge is...bold tights!
I had to be my own photographer today, so I used my self timer, and this awesome (nasty old:) dump truck mirror I found behind the truck pile in our woods. (In Idaho, we call us Truck Farmers;)

ReplyDeleteOh, I love this outfit! :) Very ladylike and pretty...mixing and matching colors/patterns CAN work, but everything should be complimentary. You did a wonderful job with this outfit! So whimsical. :)
ReplyDeleteCute kitty! :) Love your outfit too, especially the belt! :)

ReplyDeleteI'm shocked! How could you not like a cute, fuzzy, warm and cuddly cat? I guess I just am another one of those silly cat persons!

Oh, oh, oh! Darling outfit, dear! Love that skirt...and blouse...and headband=D
ReplyDeleteMildred looks soooo cozy on your Tasha-made-it. I owe her big for saving my toes' life when I spent the night. My toes are pathetic when it comes to withstanding the cold and she warmed them right up;)
Much love from,
~Penelope~
I hear ya on the cat hair--it's nasty and aggravating...but kitties is just so cute! And they make like more interesting, wot? Miss Mildred is too adorable on that equally adorable afghan. :-D
ReplyDeleteYou always look so classy, girlie. No matter how you do your hair, it's always feminine.
That blouse is too cute! Love the red flowers (roses?). Makes me wish I could wear yellow! Thanks for sharing.
God bless,
